All are cordially invited to join the 2025 Annual Meeting by Zoom using a computer, smartphone, or phone. Link to join the Zoom meeting will be available in advance of meeting

In addition to voting for new board members (meet the candidates here), this year's ballot will include a request for Members to approve an update to the ENA Bylaws. The Bylaw updates 1) replace references to Southeast Uplift with District 4 Coalition, 2) change the Registered Agent and Registered Office to the District 4 Coalition, 3) specify that voting may be online, 4) specify that nominations may be made from the floor at the Annual Members Meeting with the support of three Member petitioners, and 5) correct the name of the City of Portland standards for Neighborhood Associations. To view the proposed Bylaws marked up with changes, click here. To view the proposed Bylaws as a clean copy, click here. The instructions for voting and ballots are available on the ENA website here. The Annual Meeting of Members is not a legislative body. Members vote for candidates to represent them and to serve on the Board of Directors. It is also an opportunity for members to inform themselves about the work of the ENA, to be inspired about opportunities to engage, and to inform the Board and your neighbors of your ideas, concerns and appreciation. Thank each of you for coming together this evening!
