City of Portland: Voting District 4

On August 21, 2023, the Independent District Commission unanimously adopted a District Plan. The District Plan includes a map and a description of the voting districts. Eastmoreland, along with Sellwood-Moreland and the Reed neighborhoods, are included in District 4 which crosses the Willamette River and includes all of the westside. Under the approved City Charter Reform, we will be voting, in 2024, for 3 new city councilors representing District 4. For more information, click here.
