On July 27, 2014, Portland Parks & Recreation dedicated and named the tennis courts at Berkeley Park, the Alex Rovello Memorial Courts. Since then, these courts have become a neighborhood hub for meeting, playing, and enjoying the game of tennis.

The Alex Rovello Memorial Foundation is hosting a 10-year Anniversary event of the dedication of the Alex Rovello Memorial Courts at Berkeley Park on July 27, 2024. There will be a 90-minute set by Brian Simpson (smooth Jazz) from 4:30 to 6:30 on the soccer field. It is open to the neighborhood and our supporters. We will have tennis events going on that afternoon, and an information tent.
