Short description and interests: I grew up in Eastmoreland and now live here with my wife and two children, ages eight and five. I currently serve on the ENA board, supporting Development and Safety committees, writing grants, and offering nonprofit board experience. I care a great deal about this neighborhood and awesome people who live here!

Michael Hilburg - Incumbent

Short description and interests:
Michael is a dynamic listener and avid communicator. During his tenure on the ENA Board, he's been responsible for sending most of the ENA emails and pushing for more communications

Susan Truesdale - Incumbent

Profession and/or Volunteer Involvement:
I've been on the Welcoming Committee, and now participate on the Development Committee
Short description and interests: As part of the Development Committee, I’ve helped build community through neighborhood events. Sophie Braccini and I organized the first Artists’ Fair for the 2025 4th of July Parade, and I now secure permits and insurance coverage for ENA events. Eastmoreland is my adopted home, and I’m happy to contribute.

Lyndon “Tuck” Wilson - Incumbent

Retired lawyer and public projects manager (light rail, Oregon Convention Center, New Columbia/Rosa Parks School)

I hope to assist the board in addressing issues pertaining to neighborhood livability and the promotion of civic engagement

Alex Maas

Short description and interests:
I am a proud Eastmoreland resident, family-appointed 4th of July parade wagon-puller, historic home admirer, and career accountant. I am hoping to serve on the ENA Board for a year, and then use my treasury expertise to give back to the neighborhood that we so dearly love.

Robert Frederick McCullough

Profession and/or Volunteer Involvement:
Energy Economist/Reed College/PSU/ENA
Short description and interests: I am the chair of the Reed College Place Committee and a past ENA president, Southeast Uplift president, and quite a list of other city committees. I am an ardent environmentalist who has worked on many Eastmoreland projects such saving the Giant Sequoias and the Historical District.

Rebecca Webb

Journalist, Communications Committee Co-Chair
Short description and interests: Privileged to live in Eastmoreland with my husband, Mike Moscoe (whom you see washing cars in front of our home), we loved raising our children in this exceptional neighborhood. Following my career as a journalist, I co-chair the ENA Communications Committee, and would love to expand my service to Eastmoreland.

As a resident for 4 years, I’ve come to appreciate all the beauty of this neighborhood. Having attended several board meetings, I find the board to be thoughtful and generous. My number one priority for the board would be to work on lowering traffic speed through our area for the safety of everyone who lives here. I’m a member of the Transportation Committee.
