Woodstock Annual Plant Sale - Woodstock Community Center

  • Woodstock Community Center Portland, OR, 97202 United States (map)

The Woodstock Annual Plant Sale returns Saturday, May 9, 2026 (9 AM–3 PM) at the Woodstock Community Center, and there are many ways for neighbors to get involved.

We’d be grateful if you could share the following information with your neighbors and community members. We are also publishing regular informative posts about the event on our Facebook page if you could follow us and reshare. We hope to see you and members there for a fun day celebrating gardening and community.

This volunteer-led fundraiser, held in partnership with Portland Parks & Recreation since 2004, supports essential maintenance of the Woodstock Community Center and brings hundreds of neighbors together each year. The event is also supported in part by the City of Portland Office of Community & Civic Life and the SE Uplift Neighborhood Coalition.

Donate Plants - We are looking for non-invasive perennials and annuals, vegetable starts, herbs, ground covers, succulents, ornamental grasses, trees, and shrubs with special emphasis on Willamette Valley native plants. Plants will be accepted for drop off between April 15 and April 27.

For drop-off instructions and empty pots, neighbors can contact plantsale@woodstockpdx.org.

Volunteer with
us - Volunteer opportunities begin in April and include poster distribution, plant intake and care, labeling, equipment transport, and event-day roles such as plant and customer care, plant experts, safety monitors, and raffle support. As a thank-you, donors and volunteers get early access to shop the plant sale on Friday, May 8 from 3–5 PM.
