Art Fair - 10 am to 2 pm - We again welcome talented artists and neighbors at the annual Fourth of July Parade through Eastmoreland! The artists, all from Eastmoreland or close-by neighborhoods, will have tables on the grassy area of Reed College Place near SE Rex, where the parade begins.

Parade - 11:00 am - The parade kicks off with the singing of our national anthem. As the parade celebrates its 32nd year, it will feature its traditional escort by a Portland Fire Engine, music by the Portland Power Pep Band, and vintage cars from the Milwaukie Mustang Club.  Kids of all ages are welcome to decorate their bikes and scooters and be a part of the parade. This year we are adding the Duniway Bike Bus to the parade.  If you belong to the Bike Bus you are welcome to ride your bike with the group. 

Petting Zoo - 10 am to 2 pm - We are also adding a petting zoo (well, actually four adult goats).  The pet zoo operator will control the number of kids who can enter the pen.  Parents please be respectful of the line and time allotments.

Everyone is invited to join the walk down the length of Reed College Place and enjoy food and drink at the end of the parade. Free water and port-a-potties will be available. More than 1,000 people are expected to participate!
