The Eastmoreland Neighborhood Association (ENA) Land Use Committee, in cooperation with Portland’s Bureau of Development Services and with the assistance of the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability’s SE District Liaison, researches and analyzes land use issues affecting the neighborhood, and makes recommendations to the ENA Board and the City relating to these issues including our Plan District, Portland’s Comprehensive Plan, zoning, and land use applications.
The Committee is chaired by a member (or members) of the ENA Board but all interested neighborhood residents are welcome to participate. Currently, the ENA Land Use Committee is co-chaired by Rod Merrick. Land use issues are currently discussed at the monthly ENA Board meetings.
